Happy Festive Season
The team at Angelo Anestis Aquatic Centre would like to wish all our members and families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New year. Although this is the time of year for indulgence, we encourage all our members to spend time with family and maintain their health and fitness throughout this period and start off the new year on a healthy start.ย ย
As we head into the festive season our Group Exercise timetable will be adjusted to cater for the holiday period. Please refer to our website (insert hyperlink) for adjusted timetables effective from 4 December 2023.ย ย
Health & Fitness Member Appreciation Week
Come and join us for one, or all, of our member appreciation events.ย Registrations are required for each event. Must be a current and financial Health & Fitness Member.ย
Tuesday 19 December
Join us for a complimentary member breakfast
7.00am to 9.30 am - meet us near the kiosk where we will be serving a choice between a bacon and egg roll
or yogurt with fruit compote plus a
small coffee. Members must be registered to attend and for catering purposes.
Tuesday 19 December
AAAC Mega Christmas Aqua Class
7.30am to 8.30am - Bring your Santa hat and join us for a one hour Mega Christmas Aqua class with a team of 4 Instructors across 6 lanes. Limited to 70 participants. Members must be registered to attend.
Thursday 21 December
AAAC Mega Christmas Exercise Class
6.30pm to 7.30pm - Come bring your best Christmas exercise outfit and join us for a one hour Mega Christmas Exercise Class with a team of 4 instructors in the Group Exercise Room. Limited to 30 participants. Members
must be registered to attend.
The class will be a mixture of high and low intensity exercises and is suited for all levels of fitness.
Thursday 21 December
Member Christmas meet and greet
7.30pm to 8.30pm - Join our Fitness Team in the Group Exercise room for some canapรฉs & beverages (non-alcoholic) and some fun games and a few lucky door giveaways. Members must be registered to attend and for catering
purposes.
